<br /> for General Hospital of Everett. I have reviewed a copy
<br /> of your letter of February 21, 1986 , addressed to th�
<br /> Hospital reaarding the pronerties located at 2410 and
<br /> 2412 - 40th Street, Everett, �4ashington. Please be advised
<br /> that the Hospital owns a minority undivided one-fourth
<br /> interest in that pronerty and the other ownera are Avella
<br /> Fagundes who is represented by Dennis Jordan, 2940 Broadway,
<br /> P. 0. Box 1886, Everett, Washington, and an undivided one-
<br /> half interest owned by David Crandall, 191-106th S.F.. , #2 ,
<br /> Bellevue, Washington.
<br /> I am notifying each of the oarties of your concerns
<br /> by delivering a copy of your letter.
<br /> In the meantime, although your letter details the
<br /> items which you consid �r to be violations o£ the Uniform
<br /> Housing Code and the L �iform Code for Abatement of Dangerous
<br /> Buil3ings, you do not indicate the actions which you believe
<br /> the owners should take, apart from reisoving certain trash
<br /> and debris. I would anpxeciate your notifyina all owners
