There <br /> is also an outstanding issue relating to roof[op drainage (see enclosed copy of 2/9/98 letter). <br /> The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work <br /> aut}iorized by the permic is suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for <br /> a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevenc the perrnits from expiring without <br /> doc�mentation of completion, you may: <br /> 1) Request inspections of work that has occurred, to �'ocument continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day estension. <br /> Pleas� respond within 10 days. After that time the drainage issue will be reFerred back to Mr. <br /> Tyler and the Public Works inspectors for resolution, and the file may be sent to our Records <br /> Department for microfilming without final approval.
