Our cllent Is anxious to purchase this property to construct <br /> a 4,000 square foot building. 7hey heve incurr6d many consultine costs to date to <br /> determine the feaslblllty of this pro�ect. All �arameters surraunding this site make It <br /> conducive to this use with the exception of the noted unknown wetland <br /> Interpretetion. <br /> In our previous discussion, you concurred that by going through the pre-epplication <br /> pro�;.ess t'ie end result would be the requlrement for thfs analysis t� be made. I <br /> pointed �ut that this will save the time of multiple representatfves from othar <br /> department�, as well as, addfiional consulting feas to our client, by addressing the <br /> single element effecting viability of the proposed project, <br /> 7hank you for allowing us to establish a site visit with one of your planners to <br /> raview this Issue.
