Narrative Statement <br /> I am requesting a variance to allow a seven foot side yard sethack instead of <br /> the ten feet required by City Code for the follocuing reason: <br /> Permits were taken out and the house was moved on the lot the first part of <br /> June, and it is presently sitting on blocks. The contractor who moved the <br /> house thought only a five foot side yard was required and so placed the house <br /> seven feet from the south side property line. I have tried to get him back <br /> out to move it but have not been able to get him to do it, so am asking for <br /> this variance so the house can be placed on its foundation. <br />
