At the time of purcha�9, I was <br /> told that there was a current tenant in (one full) half of:he structure and the 2 units on the other half <br /> of the structure were no longer occupied. On the unoccupied side,the upstairs unit had been <br /> occupied by the previous owner and the downstairs unit had been rented to a gentleman. I was told <br /> that the gentleman had lived in that unit for over 3D years. <br /> My boyfriend and I performed a lot of cosmetic work to the downstairs unit where tlie gentleman had <br /> lived including a new stove. The stove that we rernoved from the unit was ancient. It appeared to us <br /> to be from the 60's.
