Please identify <br /> new structurel work from the conversion of the duplex to the triplex, as well as the removal of the fourth unit. <br /> Please include calculations and specific support details, identifying the materials, thickness,size and structural <br /> support assembly which verify that the structural design and the methoJs of attachment are sized sufficiently <br /> and designed to resist overturning forces from wind, gravity and seismic loading, per IBC 1603.1.
