We undersrand that development is
' to consist of a single family residence within that portion f
the lot area near the existing steep bluff slope. This is also
te serve as information as requested for the City of Everett for
their regulations of geologic hazard areas for potential building
' and development areas. We also understand that the existing and
1 future condition of the bluff area within the subject lot area is
desired to 6e ascertained. We were contacted to present our
;{ opinions and recommendations for this development, including our
q opinion for building setback and our suggestions for protection
of the slope area.
!1 The scope of services included performance of four (4 )
exploratory backhoe (test) pits. The approximate locations of
,!; the old and new test pits are shown on the Location Map, shaet
a``"8 N.-1 enclosed. We also performed visual observations of the
,='' ground surface features and soil conditions in the area, and
4 reviewed available soils and qeologic maps of the area. This
included the areas of the site intended for development above the
:t . top-of-slope, the steep slope area below, and generally observed
the toe of slope area. A slope profile of our slope measurements
i and observations is enclosed on Sheet hf-2 .
'r,/i,
,
,1;'1
