(v) Fire lanes must be provided as required in Everett Mu¢icipal Code 4.6.44. Red painted curbs with white stenciling of the words "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE" and vertical sigus stating "NO Pe�RKiNG - FIRE LANE - VIOLATORS �SAY BE TOWED" to I�e located as approved by the Fire Marshal. (vi) Any security fence erected around the cunstruction site must be located so as to not obstruct any exiating fire hydrants, other fire protection equipment, or any Fire Department access. If Fire Department access is obstructed, gates or other openings must be provided for accesa. 2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Pub11c Works Inspector. 3. Performance guaranteea are required for ttie curb, gutter and sidewalk. 4. A one-year guarantee is required on the publlc street, utility and site landscaping for an amount not lesa than 10% of the cost of conatruction and shall run for one year from the date of issuance of the first Occupancy Permit for the pro3ect. 5. On-site watermain wiil be staked withln an easement to the City. The easement will be submitted to the City prlor to the issuance of permits. 6, As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted per City design and construction standards and specifications. 7. The Police Department has the follawing security recommendations: a. The perimeter doors should be solid core with 190 degree to 220 degree wide angle viewers and single cylinder deadbolts with 1" throw and at least 3" screws securing striker plate. -5-
