The failure to a11ow or <br /> require a northern ingrpss and 2gress from the development <br /> sight is a sericus mistake. The traf.fic light on 47th and <br /> Evergreen Way does not have a "tr�p wire" and the presence <br /> of an additi�nal 120 cars at that �ntersection throughout <br /> the day will seriously impede the flow of traffic. Many , <br /> drivers will no doubt attempt to by-pass the clogged I <br /> intersection by driving through the residential � <br /> neighbor.hood, eitY,�r to 41st Street or to 52nd Street. The i <br /> residential streets cannot bear tine add.i.tional traffic I <br /> generated by a project of this size. While I do not <br /> represent any of the other local homeowners, the above <br /> concerns reflect those of our neighbors. <br /> I am requesting that additional studies be made of the <br /> traffic impact that this project will have and request a <br /> copy of any reports or studies you mi�ht already have on <br /> this issue.
