All holes <br /> were drilled into UNDISTURBED soil. <br /> CONCR�`TE PLACEbiENT INSPECTION <br /> Concrete was placed in holes immediately after <br /> drilling operations were completed. Four #5 <br /> reinforcing steel were placed in concrete to tie <br /> footings and caisso.zs.
