It would seem that if the <br />the <br />z <br />plans were not acceptable he would have denied the issuance of <br />Permit. <br />_ <br />According to the Inspection Report, inspector Woltring inspected <br />< <br />the forms and gave his approval to pour the foundation. Missing from <br />o n <br />the site were plans, permit and contractor at the time he made the <br />that had the forms <br />m <br />m <br />inspection. It would seem appropriate to assume <br />Mr. <br />H <br />not conformed to city requirements, i.e. steel, etc., that <br />Woltring would not have signed the document. <br />n r, <br />I had selected Domes Northwest as the contractor because of the <br />c vi <br />3 U) <br />M <br />tact that they had been recommended by cthers who had domes built by <br />-z+m <br />them. He was considered to be a reliable builder. <br />n <br />I am hopeful of selling the property.
