Proposed contours at 2'-0" or less intervals. <br />b. Proposed rockeries and retaining walls. <br />c. Proposed Driveway (specify material, dimensions and area). <br />d. Proposed stairways, steps (at grade) and sidewalks. <br />e. Existing Utilities (sewer, water and drainage) <br />f. Proposed utilities (sewer, water and drainage <br />NOTE: The site plan shall be no less than 1" = 20' on 11 x 17 paper max. <br />Secondly item No. 11 asks for "Detail(s) of guard construction at decks on the main floor and the second floor. Show <br />how railing supports are attached to the deck structure". Since the deck is located over the garage please provide a <br />section view specific to this condition showing solid decking, flashing, waterproof finish and ventilation for Engineered (- <br />Joists.
