We discussed the problem With the siding on the house being rotted and <br /> how the rain water caused the rot and deterioration of the siding, thereby <br /> creating a faulty anchor for the mast. <br /> I expressed the urgency to correct these hazardous conditions and you <br /> indicated that you would not be able to take corrective action until <br /> November 7th, �rhlch was the folloWing Monday. I indicated tt�st that time <br /> ��'�' frame for beginning repairs would be fine. <br /> `� <br /> Yesterday, November 14th, one week from the 7th, your tenant called this <br /> '�, ,,� office and indicated that you had not been to the house to begin repairs. The <br /> w� conditions of the electrlcal power supply system to the house are in direct <br /> violation of Chapter 10 of the Uniform Housing Code and require your immediate <br /> attention.
