Design <br />and Construction Standards. <br />a) Street Standards: The proposed street right-of-way/street width is less <br />than the City minimum standards. The minimum standard is 50 feet of right of <br />way and 28 feet of paving width curb to curb with 5-foot sidewalk on each side of <br />the street per City design standard 300. The street width proposed meets this <br />standard for pavement width but the right-of-way is below the minimum City <br />standard.
