The variance I am requesting will not be detrimental to <br />the public welfare or injurious to the properties or improvements <br />in the vicinity of a zone i:� which.my property is located because: <br />35� <br />We are not changinq the complex�un �f the neiqhborhood at all r-ther we are <br />creating 4 large, beautifully treed, park like homesites. The neighhors have <br />taken time and an interest t❑ express their appreciation and appi•oval ❑f ❑ur <br />plan as i't really improves the area and their individual property values. <br />POINT 3.
