RE: Renewal of Demolition Permits: D42391 & D4Z99Z: Claremont Village Dear Mr. Tyler, This letter is written as a request to extend (renew) two demolition permits for the Clazemont Village Shopping Center. The issue date for both oF t«� permits (attached) is October 18, 1993. This would indicate an expiration date of approximately April 18, 1994. Mr. Tyler, the demolition plans for the center are expected later this week, and the owner expects to have the project awarded by the beginning of next montli with the demolition to begin by the last week in May. In speaking wilh scveral individuals in your departmenl, lhey suggested making a formal request lo you for :m extension. Although we plan to begin demolition wilh GO days linm the date on this letter, a full renewal of 180 days would be greatly appreciated. Mr. Tyler, in addition to the two areas that are currently permitted, we would like to add one other small section (approximately 880 squaze feet) that would be removed at the same time (please see attached drawing). May we combine this section within the current applications, or aze we required to fill out another "Application for Demolition Permit"7 In the event that an additional permit is required, I have enclosed an application for the additional demolition work.
