Per the City of Cverett land use code, mechanical <br />equipment is not pennitted to be located in front yard setbacks (20 feet from <br />the property line) or side yard setbacks (5 feet from the property line). The <br />heat pump will tl�erefore Ue required to be relocated to an area outside of any <br />required setback;,.
