SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST FOR <br />qpUI�T �AMILY HOME INSPECTION <br />PERMIT SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: <br />1. All documents must be clearly legible for microfilming. <br />*Applications are accepted between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM only <br />To apply for an Adult Family Home Inspection, you will need to fill out a City of Everett Permit <br />Application form, provide two (2) copies of an adequate floor plan and pay a fee of $54.5L�. An <br />adequate floor plan will include all the requirements shown on the attached sample. You ��dill also <br />need to show how you can provide three (3) off-street parking spaces. Staff can assist you by <br />copying a site plan from our mapping program. <br />If you are doing remodel work to your home to alter or allow for additional bedrooms or living <br />space, you will need to apply for a residential building permit. Please refer to the Residential Plan <br />Submittal Checklist. The Adult Family Home Inspection could then be included in the final building <br />inspection. <br />Attached are the State building inspection requirements for Adult Family Homes newly licensed on <br />or after July 1, 2010.
