Using <br />review process II.A, the Planning Director may allow a Eence to be built <br />up to six feet in a front setback if no health or safety probleas would <br />exist by doing so. <br />B11CiCGA00tlD: At your request, the City of Everett Planning Department <br />hae raviewed a proposal to place a 6 Poot high Eence in the front yard <br />area of the property located at 1402 51at P1. S.W., alonq the front <br />property line along Glenwood .lvenue wrappinq around the side property <br />linas to join the existing lence.
