As you knav, the house has been <br />connected to the sanitary sewer system, and it 's my understand(ng tf�at a <br />fee of appr-�xfmately E1.000 wfll be due to the city as the connectfon fee. <br />The house (s scheduled for closfng by the Veterans Admfnistratton <br />later thfs week, and the required payment to the Ctty of Everett will be <br />made from the proceeds of the closfng of the transaction. <br />It fs crfttcal that we recetve a letter fran your offfce stmply <br />stattng that the house is connected to the sewer system and verifying the <br />requtred fee to pay any outstandtng serv(ce fees n�cessary related to the <br />sanftary sewer system. Would you pl3ase provide m�a with a short letter <br />stating thls fact, and tdentifying the exact fee that wtll be due to the <br />city to take care of this obligatlon. I wtll then be sure tha+ thts amount <br />Is paid out of closing. <br />I understand you may need sane help from the Building Department <br />to process thls letter. and I am wrtting to you because of the short time <br />frame (nvolved.
