There was groundwater seepage present in both <br />excavations. <br />Based on the reaults of c,.�ar site observations, it is our opinion that the <br />building pade on Lots lE� ar�d 18 of Willow Creek Glen have been adequately <br />prepared to provide foundation support for the proposed single-family <br />residencea.
