There was groundwater seepage present in both <br />excavationa. <br />Based on the reaults of our site observations, it is nur opinion that the <br />building pads on Lots 16 and 18 of Willow Creek Glen have been adequately <br />prepared to provide foundation support for the proposed single-family <br />residences.
