Please see <br />the enclosed inspection activity report. The Intemational Building Code and the International <br />Residential Code state that all permits expire if the work authorized by the permits is suspended ur <br />abandoned for a period of 180 days afier the work is commenced. Work under this pertnit will no <br />longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occuned since yuur <br />last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of' lhe work thnt is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day eYtension, detailing justifiable cause for cxtension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file will be sent to our Records <br />Depanment f'or microf ilming without documentation of final approval. These records are <br />availablc to prospective buyers and lending institutions.
