Thut she pnrked her cair and then proceeded towerds one of tf�e sheds <br />where an individuul idenlified �s George Swimm was operating u hacker (a machine used <br />for splitting logs nnd mt�king shnkes). Attnclied to the hacker wns a conveyor belt <br />which led out of the shed nnd wns loaded with shnkes. All during this time she could <br />hear a saw being operated in another building. <br />8. 'Chnt she tulked with George Swimm �nd told hir.: that he; couldn't <br />continue to operate the mill because he was in the wrong zone. As she went back to her <br />ear she noticed thnt he was operating tt�e hucker again. <br />9. That as she was lenving the mill and driving down Slst S.W., a ne�ghbor <br />stopped her complaining about the mill and its hours of operntion. <br />10.
