NOTICE OF HEARING 1 <br />Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the City <br />Planning Commission Board of Adjustment at the City Hall, Everett, <br />Washington at 10:30 A.M. November 25, 1963 for the consideration <br />of the following: <br />Application from Carl R. Cond't, 504-51st Street West, fo variance <br />from the ordinance to permit one lat` ted tract to be 'hided into <br />four building sites for homes, and also change of location of lumber <br />mill site, on. Frac. S 1/2 S 1/2 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Sec. 36, T 29 N. <br />R 5 EWM, lying West of Elm Street, South of 51st Street and East <br />of a line 325 feet West of Elm Street (500-51st St.) <br />Any person desiring to be heard on this proposal should present <br />their opinion at said time and place of hearing. <br />F.
