WHEREAS, Owner's property and the adjacent public rights ot way have been determined to reyuire a covenant consenting to the formation of a local improve- ment district ratlier tlian having Owner make specitic irnprovements. Such street improvements � shall not be limited to the half street abutting the property; for example, where no permanent strect imprc�vement existed, the street improvement shall be extended beyond the centerline a su[ficient distance (l0 ft. minimum) to permit sate movement of tratfic.
