The owner oP the property will sign a Local Improvement District No <br />Protest Agreement and shall participate monetarily should an L.I.D. be <br />formed to cunstruct a gravity sewer main in this area. <br />2. The owner will be required to sign a Hold-Harmless Agreement with the <br />� City that states the owner will be responsible for mai.ntenance and <br />" repair of the pressure line. <br />3. The owner of the property will be required to connect io the future <br />gravity sewer main installed in 51st Street when it is constructed. <br />4.
