The owner of the property will sign a Local Improvement District No <br />Protest Agreement and shall participate monetarily shouJ_d and L.I.D. <br />be formed to construct a gravity sewer main in this area. <br />2. The owner will be required to sig� a Hold-Harmless Agreement with the <br />City that states the owner will be responsible for maintenance and <br />repair of the pressure li.ne. <br />3. The owner of the property will be required to connect to the future <br />gravity sewer main �nstalled in 51st Street when it is constructed. <br />4.
