Foundation details do not provide sufficient information co perform <br />plan check. Foundation walls between conditioned space and crawl space <br />are retaining walls and shall be designated as suct�. Please submit <br />retaining wall table. <br />2. Detail 3 on sheet 2 does not provide suffLcient Uearing for new floor <br />joists. <br />3. Provide minimum R•7 rigid insulation at perimeter of slab on grade <br />where slab is within 12" of finished grade. <br />4. 8elow grade valls shall be insulated to R-19 minimum. <br />S. Insulate rim joist to R-19 minimum. <br />6.
