September 13, 1976 <br />The re9ula� monthly meeting of the City of Everett Board of Adjustment was <br />held at 7: 30 p.m, September 13, 1976 in the City Hall Council Chambers, <br />City Hall, Everett, Washington. <br />14r. Baisd presided, Mr. Kristiansen, Mr. Herg, h1r. Black, and Mr. Russell. <br />were present. <br />j The reading of the minutes of the previo � meetiny were dispensed with. <br />I <br />� A hearing was held on the application of t4r. & Mrs. Jack Robinson, <br />! 3303 52nd Place, EveretC, I,lashington for a variancc from Section 19.12.050, <br />� Everett Municipal Code, Yard Requirements, for permission to build to <br />' within fifteen feet ten inches (15'10") o£ the front property iine rather <br />' than the required twenty five ieet (25'). <br />' <br />Le9a1 Description: Lot 9, IIlocl: 2, IIridle Park <br />( <br />; Address: 3305 52nd Place <br />i <br />{ Zoning: R-S - Single Family Suburban Residential <br />Mr, Dic}: Robinson represented t�;r. & 6Srs, Jac3: Rohi.n ,on. He had nothing <br />further to add to L-l�e applicants' r�quest. <br />No objection was voiced by tlie audience. <br />After. visually viewing the aubject pronerty and consid�ring all the facts, it <br />was moved by hfr. Russell, seconded by bfr, t:ristiansen, and unanimously <br />carried to grant the applicants' request- for the following reasons: <br />(a) There will be no detrimenCal effect to the surrounding <br />area. <br />(b) IIecause of the topography it is a logical location to <br />construct a garaye. <br />(c) The grantinq oL a variance will not adversely afEect <br />the Compreliensive Pl.an. <br />(d) Because of. the topography therc will be no additional <br />sight- obstruction. <br />i <br />As a condition to the granting of this variance, the following sLipulation <br />was made: <br />1.
