The site is
also known as Lot 11 of Bridle Park-Block 2. The site is occupied by a west-facing moderate to
steep slope, with the residence planned near the top of the slope. You have retained us to explore
the subsurface conditions within the site, observe and map the slope surticial conditions, and
provide geotechnical engineering recommendations for foundation subgrade preparations and
residence setback. For the purpose of completing this study, we have been provided with a faxed
copy of an unreferenced site plan showing the lot layout and approximate residence location, and
an undated set of the project construction plans prepared by Bozorth Design.
The planned residence will be located within the eastern portion of the site near the top of the
esisting slope and will be accessed from 52nd Place SW. It is our understanding that the residence
will utilize a daylight basement with a buement retaining wall along the uphill side of the
structure. Permanent storm water system details have not been provided to us at the time this
repoR was prepared.
