The site is located at 3321 - 52nd Place SW, and is known as Lot 11
of Bridle Park, Block 2. We have previously comp:eted an evaluation of the site's steep slopes
and residence setback, the results of which were summarized in our report dated ]uly 13, 2001
(NGA File No. 329401). You have informed us that the City of Everett had requested a
geotechnical engineering review of the residence plans, and retained us to complete this review.
For the purpose of preparing this letter, you have provided us with Sheets 1 through 12 of the
project plans, prepared by Bozorth Design, last revised on September 19, 2001.
We reieved the plans provided for compliance with the recummended minimum foundation
embedment and effective setback from the face of the steep slope. In our opinion the pians are in
compliance with these requirements. The recommendations found in the geotechnical report
should be implemented during construction, unless we are retained to evaluate and approve any
design changes. We should be retained to observe and evaluate the fondation subgrade and
foundation setEack prior to casting the footings.
'/y
