To construct a retaining viall higher than 36" within a <br />building setback,the Planning Director must grant approvalthrough <br />Review Process II. <br />In order to conect this violati�n of the zoning code, reduce the height of <br />the retaining wall within the bLilding setback ai.;a to 36" or less or submit <br />a completed Review Process IJ application (enclosed) within 14 days of <br />the date of this letter.
