To construct a retaining wall higher than 36" within a <br />building setback,the Planning Director must �rant approvalthrough <br />Review Yrocess II. <br />In order to conect this violation of the zoning code, reduce the height of <br />the retaining wail wit6in the building setback area to 36" or less or submit <br />a completed Review Process II application (enclosed) within 14 days of <br />the date of this letter.
