As you well <br />know, the water probleris which are present with reference to your p�'operty <br />and mine are a source of great concern to me. <br />As I have,watched the progress of the building of the rockery behind <br />my property, I have had several thoughts. <br />Don, I sincerely wish tfiat you w/ould have had the courtesy to discuss <br />with me your plans as 7 do fec:l they affect my property. Not that I can <br />impose any change or would have, it merely would have been the neighborly <br />thing to do. . � <br />Another thought is that there seems to be a lack oi appreciation of <br />the volume of water that is concerned in the problem; and notwithstanding <br />there may even be a problem si the present drainage system remains intact, <br />1 am sure that any comprorr�ise of its in:egrity will result in numa aue <br />tons of material filling my back yard again and/or destroying my g g <br />and/or home. <br />7his letter, will put you on notice that 1 intend, should any untoward <br />circumstance occur by virtue of your actions in construction of the �ockery <br />areas and excavation attendant to that certain project, 1 t+ill look to you <br />directly for any damage occasioned. <br />1 believe it was your negtigence that caused my initial problems relative <br />to the damages to my property; 8�+ � ourarerafaln be[n bne li ent and/or <br />size and scope of your present project, y 8 g g� <br />have a reckless disregard for the wnctity of my property. Again, any <br />damage occasioned will be sought from ��ou. <br />I do not wish to cause any problems Sor you and your family, particular- <br />ly, at this time.
