The only problem foreseen relates to the maintenance of <br />the pipe. If it is properly maintained, there should not be any problems. However, <br />if it is not properly maintained, it could result in damage to downhill properties for <br />which there could be liability for the City. Therefore, I would strongly encourage <br />you to red flag this pipe to ensure that it is properly meintained.
