HOUSING CODE INSPECTION REPORT <br />FROM: Marian Dent, City of Everett Housing Inspector <br />DATE: May 5, 1993 <br />SUBJ: 1009 52nd Street SE <br />After receiving a complaint trom the tenant of this rental unit an <br />inspection was conducted and the folloti�ing deficiencies were noted <br />pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of <br />Everett: <br />1. The kitchen floor is deteriorated and rotted. <br />2. T�e bathroom floor is deteriorated and rotted. <br />3. The wall around the bathtub is loose and allows water to <br />seeo into the wood framing of the wall. <br />4• Plaster and paint is chipping off the walls throughout <br />the unit. The tenant claims that the owner advised her <br />that the paint contained lead. <br />5. The tan on tne furnace does not work. <br />b. Living room windo�� is cracked. <br />
