After receiving the complaint an inspection of the unit was <br />ducted. Enclosed is a copy of the inspection report generated from the inspection. <br />The deficiencies noted may be considered sufficient to declare the building to be substandards <br />and hazardous to the health, safety and welfare of the occupancs pursuant to the Uniform <br />Housing Code as adopted by the City of Everett.
