5. <br />� <br />Ga <br />Ci <br />10� <br />PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop down�pouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett Storm <br />Manual 3-2.62. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See attachment for <br />more details. <br />The contractor must meet with the Public W orks Inspector to discuss potential drainage rouling prior to <br />beginning the p�oject. <br />Inslall erosiun control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, slraw <br />bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />11. Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />12. Remove erosion conlrol measures upon completion of lhe project prior lo final approval of the permit. <br />13. All excavaled malerial irom foundalion, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, <br />permilted sile. No wasting of material is allowed on lhis building lot. <br />No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />No building malerials to be stacked on sidewalks and sidewalks to be kept clean and open for <br />pedestrian travel. <br />Adjusl water meler box 1` ahove sidewalk grade. <br />Remove and replace curb, g�lter and sidewalk as per City o( Everetl Standard Plan #'s 305A 8 306 on <br />this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any <br />broken or darnaged area must be replaced). <br />Install a Type I concre;e driveway per City oi Everelt Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway from tiie (ront property line out to the street paving. <br />20. Contact the <br />sewer services. <br />Water District for connecting provisions for this building's water and <br />21. A ca;ch basin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is required for the <br />parking area. <br />\ <br />22. If a sewer pump system is to be install�d, <br />gravily flow across the public right-of-way. <br />\ <br />the pressure line must discharge into a private manhole, then <br />23.
