The plans c�ll for the sheathing to be fastened at 3" on center in all framing typical; <br />� !ease clarify (note on Shcet 4). <br />2. Provide 3" x 3" x'/n" plate washers on all anchor bolts; show on plans. <br />3. Provide %_" GR'B on wall common to msidence; show on plans. <br />4. Specify length of all anchor bolts, including at alternate braced wall panels (16" <br />scctions). <br />�. Specify complying hold-down used at alternate braced wall panels. <br />6. Section R905.2.2 of the Residential Building Code (IRC) restricts the use of asphalt <br />composition shingles with a slope of two ur.its vertical in 12 units horizontal (2:12) <br />or greater. It appears the roof proposed has a slope of less than 2:12; verify <br />minimum slope.
