Dougherty <br />CiTy Electrical Inspector <br />City Hall <br />Everett, Washington <br />RE; Our Phone Conversation on 9/7/65 about electrical wim on the Everert <br />Golf and Count^y Cluh. <br />Dear Sira <br />As you may remeruber our phone conversation about the use of #14 TW wire <br />extra heavy wall #SI 58264, manufactured by the General Electric Company, <br />wire E cable department, on the 24 volt control circuits for the Irriga- <br />tion controls on tha Everett Golf and Coimtry Club. <br />Due to the large number of electric valves needed on this particular j�b <br />we aill need 10 different colors for codi.ng purposes. I have had considex� <br />atile trouble locating a wire that is stocked in more than tti+o colors. After <br />many ohone calls, I was able to find the above mentioned wire that meets the <br />:1EC Class II Circuits 30 volts A.C. or less, a.id also meets the multi colors <br />tnat we need. <br />At this time I might mention :hat Mr. Otto Drager, of the Ganeral Electric <br />�ouipany in Seattle, has to].d me by phone that he Would furnish you xith a <br />letter stating that his wire would meet all requirements of type U.F. <br />I would appreciate it very much if you would acknowledge Mr. Dragers or <br />my letter by return mail, for time is running short and I must get this <br />material on order to meet the required delivery date. <br />Yours very truly, <br />H.
