You may wish to check your Condominium Declarations fer <br />re(erences to landscaping. <br />Throughout the city lhe maintenance of any landscaping in the right of way is lh� responsibility of the property owner. <br />Please be advised that any landscaping installed in the ri�ht of way is done so al the ewners risk and expense. In the <br />event that it becomes necessary for the city to ulilize the right of way for public purpo,zs, any landscaping may be <br />required to be removed at ihe owners' expense.
