Box 358 <br />Everett, Washington 98206 <br />Gentlemen: <br />This will certify that an inspection of the dwelling located at <br />1900 52nd Street was made by the Housing Inspection Division and <br />the structure meets the minimum requirements of the uniform <br />Building Code, Volume III except as noted below. <br />Plumbing <br />1. The copper water supply between the valve and the water <br />heater is badly bent restricting the flow. <br />Electrical: <br />1. Service is inadequate and not accessible. <br />5 2. Kitchen and dining area, two grounded utility circuits needed. <br />3. Kitchen needs additional outlet at north counter space. <br />v. Bathroom grounded outlet needed, light to be grounded also. <br />5. Hot water tank to be on #10 wire. <br />6. Washing machine to b� on separate circuit. <br />Miscellaneous: <br />1.
