Worthington, husband and wife, whose address <br />is 1900 52°d Street NE, Everett, WA 98203, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor," and the City of <br />Everett, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington, it's heirs, successors, <br />agents, or assigns, hereinafter referred to as "City." <br />In consideration of mutual benefits to be derived and in consideration of the performance <br />of the covenants, terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, Grantor hereby conveys to "City" the <br />following casement: <br />A non-exclusive perpetual aerial casement across and upon Grantor's property <br />described below for lire purpose of constructing, reconstructing, operating, <br />maintaining and repairing electrical facilities; and including all appurtenances <br />attached thereto, together with the right of ingress to and egress from said property <br />and across adjacent property of the Grantor and the right to use adjacent property of <br />the Grantor for the purpose of construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance <br />and repair the aforesaid facilities. <br />The easement is over and across a tract of land situated in the County of Snohomish, State of <br />Washington, and the casement is described as follows: <br />See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />
