April 4, 197? <br />The regular meeting of the Everett Board of Adjustment was held <br />at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, City Ball, Everett, <br />Washington. <br />Mr. Baird presided. Mr. Russell, Mr. Kristiansen, and Mr. Black <br />were present; Mr. Berg was absent. <br />A nearing was held on the application of David Brandvold, P. 0. Box <br />428, Mukilteo, Washington, for a variance from Section 19.08.010 <br />E.I.I.C. (Everett Municipal Code) Land Use, Paragraph B, for permis- <br />sion to abut thirty (30) feet on a public dedicated street rather <br />than the code requirement of forty (40) feet. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Tract 35, Beverly Acreage Tracts except the north sixty-six (66) <br />feet thereof. <br />Also except the south ninety-five (95) feet of the east eighty-five <br />(85) feet of said Lot 35. <br />ADDRESS: <br />Approximately 7000 Lower Ridge Road <br />ZONING: <br />R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br />Neither Mr. Brandvold nor a rcprccentativc for Mr. Brandvold were <br />present so Mr. Brandvold will need to reapply at another time if <br />he still desires to apply for a variance. <br />A hearing was held on the application of .lay Gallipo, 2122 52nd St, <br />Everett, Washington, for a variance from Se--tion 19.14.050 E.M.C. <br />(Everett Municipal Code) Yard Requirements, Paragraph A, for permis- <br />sion to J)uild to within sir. (6) feet of the front property 'line <br />rather than the code requirement of twenty (20) feet. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Lot 3, Lowell View Tracts <br />ADDRESS: <br />2122 52nd St. <br />ZONING: <br />R-1, Single Family Low Density Residence <br />Mr. Gallipo explained his request to the Board. The surrounding <br />neighbors had no objections to the granting of the variance. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br />the facts, it was moved by Mr. Kristiansen, seconded by Mr. Russell, <br />and unanimously carried to grant the applicant's request for the <br />following reasons: <br />
