No disturbanc,: of undergrowth/sluub layer. <br />2. Use ]ogging techniques that minimize soi(s disturbance. <br />3. Retain smaller trees within critical and associated 25% slope that do not pose a <br />ha�ard. <br />4. Replaiit all trees removed from wetland, buffer and slope @ 2:1 ratio with mix of <br />nativic evcrgrcen and dcciduous trccs. Minimum hcight should be 4'. <br />5. Applicant is responsible for oblaining a Forest Practices Permit from Department of <br />Natural Resources, ifrequired. <br />6. All trees must be felled away from :l : Pigeon Creek ripazian area and associated <br />•.vetland. <br />7. Use equipment liaul-out area and roads shown on attached map. <br />8.
