If you wish to prevent the permit fmm espiring without documentation of completion, you <br />may: <br />I) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. Afrer tliat time the file will be sent to our Records Department <br />for microfilming without final approval.
