The mascnry wall or the fireplace is deteriorated <br />and falling apart. <br />2. The damper in the fireplace does not work. <br />�. The cold water faucet does not shut off in the <br />bathtub. <br />4. The back burner on the cook stove does not work. It <br />appears to have a short in it. <br />5. The grill on the top of the cook stove does not <br />work. <br />b. The kitchen is infiested with ants. <br />7. The breakers in the electrical. breaker box are not <br />labeled. <br />8. The heater in the basement bathroom does not work. <br />9. Screening in th�e soffit area of tne eaves has been <br />ripped off bv bird:;.
