4. <br />5. <br />(6.' <br />7. <br />L8• <br />9. <br />10. <br />l_�� <br />12. <br />13. <br />14. <br />PUBLIC WORF�S PERMIT COMMENTS <br />As per Public Works approved plan dated <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #11i01. <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />Connect ali rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />Rooftop runoff m�st be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br />attachment for more details. <br />The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginning the project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upan completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is alluwed on this building lot. <br />15. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on this proposal's fron:age as directed �y the Pubiic Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced}. <br />16. <br />17 <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway from the front property line out to the street paving. <br />18. Contact the _. Water District for connecting provisions for this building's <br />water and sev.er services. <br />19 <br />20. <br />21 <br />A catch basin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a yas trap per Standard Plan #E410 is <br />required for the parking area. <br />If a sewer pump system is to be installed, the pressure line must discharge into a private <br />manhole, then gravity flow across the public right-of-way. <br />A sprinkler system is required for this building in compliance with the requirements of NFDA <br />Standards 13D. <br />PWComments �%j� <br />
