In addition, there has been no request for inspeaion of work under <br />Electrical permit E50958 since March 15, 1996, when a correction request was written (see <br />copy enclosed.) <br />We would appreciate your assistance in closing out this file. Please contact us within ten days <br />to request inspcetion of work on the gazebo. After that time the permit will expire and the <br />file will be sent to microfilm records without final approval.
